  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Scores 23 points in playoff exit

Adebayo supplied 23 points (10-26 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, six assists and two steals in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 118-84 loss to the Celtics in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Adebayo had to shoulder a bigger load on offense due to the absences of Jimmy Butler (knee) and Terry Rozier (neck), and for the most part, the star big man delivered. He scored 20 or more points in each game of the series while posting two double-doubles. Adebayo averaged 19.4 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists per contest between the Play-In Tournament and the series against the Celtics (seven games).

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Comes close to double-double

Adebayo contributed 20 points (8-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-6 FT), nine rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

The Heat were never able to compete with the Celtics in this Game 3 loss, but Adebayo was Miami's most productive player, finishing just one rebound shy of a double-double and leading the team in scoring. It's not surprising to see him operate as one of the Heat's go-to players on offense since Jimmy Butler (knee) is out and not expected back before the end of this series. Adebayo should be in line for another heavy workload in Game 4 on Monday.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Records 21-10 outing in Game 2 win

Adebayo tallied 21 points (9-13 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-6 FT), 10 rebounds and two assists over 39 minutes in Wednesday's 111-101 win over Boston in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference first-round playoff matchup.

Adebayo led all players in Wednesday's contest in rebounds while ending as one of three Heat players with 20 or more points in a well-balanced double-double to help Miami to a bounce-back victory. Adebayo has scored north of 20 points in both games in the first round thus far.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Leading scorer in defeat

Adebayo closed Sunday's 114-94 loss to Boston in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals with 24 points (10-18 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes.

Adebayo led all players in scoring while pacing the Heat in rebounds to go along with a trio of assists in a losing effort. Adebayo recorded 24 or more points in 14 games during the regular season, entering the playoffs with two straight games with at least 17 points and six boards. We could see Adebayo's workload continue to increase in the opening round series with Jimmy Butler still recovering from a knee injury.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Slow yet efficient night

Adebayo finished Friday's 112-91 Play-In Game win over the Bulls with 13 points (5-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two blocks over 32 minutes.

Adebayo didn't have the type of performance one would expect in a big-time game, but he was calculated in his chances and enjoyed the show as Tyler Herro led the Heat to victory with a massive showing. Friday marked Adebayo's lowest rebounding total since April 10, so he'll need to get back on track on the glass early during Miami's upcoming series against Boston if the Heat are going to pull off another upset.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Double-double in loss Wednesday

Adebayo posted 10 points (5-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt), 12 rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 31 minutes during Wednesday's 105-104 Play-In Game loss to the 76ers.

Adebayo wasn't as involved as expected on the offensive end of the court, as he had to deal with a tough matchup against Joel Embiid, but he still found a way to finish with a double-double even though the Heat lost. Knowing the Heat will be without Jimmy Butler (knee) for Friday's game against the Bulls, Adebayo should experience an uptick in usage rate and volume while matching up against Nikola Vucevic, who's not as talented as Embiid on the defensive end of the court.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Goes for 17 points Sunday

Adebayo accumulated 17 points (8-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals over 19 minutes during Sunday's 118-103 win over Toronto.

Adebayo only logged 19 minutes, as the Heat wanted to rest him for the Play-In Tournament matchup against the 76ers on Wednesday, but the star big man delivered a strong showing, missing just two shots from the field and making his mark defensively as well. Adebayo posted 39 appearances with at least 20 points while recording 42 double-doubles in the regular season.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Set to play against Atlanta

Adebayo (hand) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Hawks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

Adebayo has been upgraded from probable to available despite dealing with a sprained left hand. The 26-year-old big man is averaging 18.1 points, 11.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 steals in 32.4 minutes across his last 10 outings.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Probable for Tuesday

Adebayo is probable for Tuesday's game against the Hawks with a left hand sprain.

The injury is a new concern for Adebayo, though it appears to be a minor one. Tuesday's game marks the front end of a back-to-back set, however, so Adebayo could be a candidate to sit Wednesday against the Mavericks even if he suits up in Atlanta.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: All-around performance in win

Adebayo chipped in 18 points (7-12 FG, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal in 33 minutes during Friday's 119-104 victory over the Rockets.

Adebayo recorded his second straight double-double during Friday's win over Houston. The 26-year-old big man's season average of 10.7 boards per contest ranks 10th in the NBA. Across his last 10 outings, Adebayo is shooting 59.0 percent from the field and 53.3 percent on 1.5 three-point attempts per game.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Solid at both ends Sunday

Adebayo ended with 22 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 10-12 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 37 minutes during Sunday's 119-107 win over Washington.

Adebayo finished just one rebound shy of recording a double-double in what would've been his fourth time reaching that feat over his last five appearances. Adebayo is playing a prominent role for the Heat on both ends of the court, and even though this is still Jimmy Butler's team, Adebayo has been nothing of sensational over the last month. He finished March with averages of 17.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.5 steals per contest.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Just misses triple-double Friday

Adebayo ended with 21 points (9-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-3 FT), 12 rebounds, nine assists, one block and two steals across 26 minutes during Friday's 142-82 win over Portland.

The 26-year-old center very nearly recorded his third triple-double of the season and the eighth of his career. Adebayo is having a big month of March on the glass -- he hasn't pulled down fewer than nine boards in any of his last 11 games, and he's averaged 16.9 points, 12.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.6 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.8 threes over that stretch.
